PROCEDURES
- As the END BUYER to start with, you will send us the following three documents of the Buyer’s Company with the name of the Exit Buyer and the fiduciary company if a such company exists:
- a. Company Profile
- b. Certificate of the Registration of Buyer Company
- c. Letter of Intent with the name of the Bank(s).
- The Introduction Letter will be addressed to the Export Director. Full Details of the Bank (s) with account number will be included only in the official ICPO, issued by the Buyer on the Company’s letterhead with official address and details, upon receiving the unofficial price and procedures and/or the FCO.
